Bonding with your future child begins before conception! Life is in love with itself. As William Blake said, "eternity is in love with time." What we call bonding is just that, which begins with mother and her infant and expands to embody the entire universe. - M. Mendizza

No Parent Wants To Hear That A Child Is Sick, but autism is a particularly
difficult diagnosis to confront. Many autistic children seem perfectly
normal until about 18 months, when they suddenly and drastically regress.
Babies who smiled and looked their parents in the eye become distant,
Emotionally detached toddlers, unable to speak or listen. Many improve
with medication and therapy, but autism remains a lifelong challenge.
And the reported incidence keeps rising: One of every 97 children born
in the United States now ends up with this mental disorder. Unmasking
AUTISM
by Adam Hadhazy, Discover Magazine Fall 2011.

Our Toxic World -- A Wake Up Call
                          Serious Chemical Concerns:

In UNBORN BABIES: They float nine months in chemicals (DDT)
and PCBs found in petroleum products like plastics, etc.) in the uterus. Their bowel movements and mother's milk contain the same dangerous pesticides.

In BOYS: In the past 30 - 40 years, there has been a 30% to 40%
increase in undescended testicles, deformed penises and changes
in sexuality. Boys became feminized from dioxin and PCBs.

In GIRLS: They can have early puberty from plastics, and PCBs
can masculinize females.

In CHILDREN: Over 20 studies show pesticides, used inside and
outside homes or schools, on lawns or playgrounds, can cause
leukemia, brain tumors, and lymphomas.

In WOMEN: They now have more birth-damaged or developmentally
or learning- disabled babies, miscarriages, stillborn births, infertility and
endometriosis than ever before. If a pregnant woman uses flea soap,
or pest collar on her dog, her unborn child has a 4 to 6-fold increase
chance of developing a brain tumor, leukemia or a lymphoma by the
age of six years.

In MEN: The higher the chemical levels in their bodies, the smaller
the genitals. Up to 85% of males can be ineligible as sperm donors.
Sperm count averages have dropped from 125 million/ml in 1932 to
50 million/ml in 1998. Many wonder if men will be sterile in 70 years.

In The Next 15 years, an estimated 500,000 autistic children will
graduate out of school systems in the U.S. and into the unknown.
Meaningful programs for them are scarce, and funding even scarcer. "We're at
the moment of truth to address the numbers of children aging into adulthood,"
says autism activist Linda Walder Fiddle. "Their lives are hanging over a cliff
and we must not let them fall." Who Will Care for Dana? By Joanne Chen,

"That sense of self is our passport into knowing. Without it, there
would be no motivation, no drive, no need biologically to invent
anything or try to modify the circumstances around us."--

what happens in Vegas could affect your offspring. cause early-life
experiences could cause permanent changes in sperm and eggs.
A recent study shows that life experiences of grandparents and even
great grandparents alter their eggs and sperm so indelibly that the
change is passed on to their children's grandchildren and beyond.

Challenge It Mentally And Physically. Three seniors are asked this
question: What do a teddy bear, a Christmas stocking and a turkey have
in common? "You hug them!" said a former librarian. But do you hug a
turkey? prompted their questioner behind the table. She pauses. "They
all gobble?" said a 67-year old man, grinning. Welcome to The Brain

ER Visits for Concussions Soar among Kid Athletes
.

Multiple concussions can lead to permanent brain damage.
Number for kids 8 to 13 doubled, tripled for14 to 19, study found.
Emergency room visits for school-age athletes with concussions
have skyrocketed in recent years, suggesting the intensity of kids'
sports has increased along with awareness of head injuries.
"It definitely is a disturbing trend," said lead author Dr. Lisa Bakhos,
an ER physician in Neptune, N.J. Reported by Lindsey Tanner,

during this first frontier of development.

Calm Birth-New Potential of Childbirth, by Robert Bruce Newman.
"Calm Birth is a sublime gift to us all. It contains the blueprint for reconnecting
from birth wisdom on all levels. The practices will transform the birth process
and imprint a peaceful beginning in both mother and child. The impact of this
on society can't be overestimated."
Says Christiane Northrup, M.D.

Level of Oxytoxin in Pregnant Women Predicts Mother-Child Bond,
by Ruth Feldman.
A new study by Ruth Feldman, psychology professor at Bar-Ilan University
in Israel, who conducted the first study demonstrating links between oxytoxin
and bonding in human mothers, measured plasma oxytoxin from sixty-two
women during their first trimester, third trimester, and  the first postpartum
month, with surprising results.

Miraculous Breastmilk Reveals Even More Miracles! by Mark Cregan,
a molecular biologist at The University
of Western Australia, was the first to
discover that human breast milk contains stem cells, and is confident  that
within five years scientists will be harvesting them to research treatment for
conditions as far reaching as spinal injuries, diabetes and Parkinson's
disease..

Frederick Leboyer spoke as someone who had once been in the baby book.
"On my side, I too have been the baby in this book, but years later came
another knowledge of birth. On the day I gave birth myself I had the feeling
that it was "I" who was being born as well as the baby....Slowly it dawned on
me that to be born and to give birth are one and the same; that very act of
giving birth takes a woman
back to the moment of her own birth."
Birth without Violence (New Edition) by Frederick Leboyer, M.D.

Grandma said that mom should be very healthy, physically, mentally
and emotionally if she is going to have a healthy pregnancy. Latest studies
show that "the harmful effects of tobacco, it seems, can reach down two
generations even when the intervening generation - mom - has no reason
to suspect her child may be at risk.  Even if the mother did not smoke,
there was an effect on the grandchild.  Scientists reported that a child
whose grandmother smoked while pregnant with the child's mother,
may have twice the risk of developing asthma as a child whose grandma
didn't float her fetus with carcinogens." Grandma's Behavior While
Pregnant Affects Her Grandkids' Health
by Sharon Begley.

"Grandpa always says that I am my mind.  I cannot see or feel it but I can
imagine it like a kite flying in the air!  I can give it direction, purpose and intent
if I want to experience the joy of performance in flying my kite.  Focus and
concentrate on the workings of your mind to improve general health and well-
being.  "Find a key to open the door to a new level of consciousness, one that
allows you to move toward self-actualization by using your mind's capacities to
the fullest."

The Ancestral Mind, a revolutionary, scientifically validated
program for reactivating the deepest part of the mind. By Gregg D. Jacobs, Ph.D.

Grandma says that when I sing my scale tones, I release sound vibrations that
resonate all around us in the entire universe.  It is a magical process to a higher
consciousness.  My voice can radiate the image of "goodness", a tune of con-
sideration and kindness to others.  It will "speak" against words of unpleasant
ness as hostility, hate and anger because "anger in the spirit is truth in the flesh."
Today, stunning scientific discoveries about the biochemical effects of the brain's
functioning show the cells of your body are affected by thoughts.
Biology of Belief  by Bruce Lipton, Ph.D.

Most people have experienced music that touches their emotions, making them
feel either happy or sad. Now, according to a study, researchers found that music
can actually change the way you perceive the world. For example, when music makes
people happy they are more likely to recognize happy faces.Even if there is nothing
to see, people sometimes will see happy faces when they are listening to happy music
and sad faces when they are listening to sad music. The study suggests that the brain
builds up expectations, not just on the basis of experience, but on your mood as well.

"Think, really think, what a miracle it is that a person who sees an object, such as
a vase, can use sound in the form of words to cause an image of it to form in some-
one else's mind so clearly that the object could be identified among many objects."

Toning, The Creative Power Of The Voice by Laurel Elizabeth Keyes.

"In the beginning, there was rhythm.  The steady pulse of blood moving through
the mother's body, the ebb and flow of her breath, the belly's deep bass rumbles,
the liquid movements inside the womb, and in the foreground, nearly drowning
out the rest, the relentless gallop of the maternal heartbeat."

The Mozart Effect For Children by Donald Campbell.

Rhythm and harmonious sharing--waning and waxing of the moon, the rhythms
of ebbs and tides, or menstrual cycles of the female body. Wave patterns of this
cosmic rhythm are shared by our heartbeat, brain waves, ongoing rhythm of
inhaling and exhaling and our "inner
clocks".
